COMES NOW (Name), Defendant, pursuant to Article 39.14(b) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, and files this Motion to Disclose Expert Witnesses and would respectfully ask the Court to order the State to disclose at least twenty (20) days in advance of the date this case is set for trial the name and address of each person the State may use at trial to present evidence under Rules 702, 703, and 705 of the Texas Rules of Evidence.
