TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
NOW COMES , the Defendant in the above-styled and numbered cause, and respectfully moves the Court to instruct the court reporter of this Court to take down in shorthand, or by any other method, the entire voir dire examination of the jury panel in this case, all proceedings before the Court, including in camera proceedings outside the presence of the jury or at the bench, all final arguments, and all other proceedings connected to this case.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Defendant respectfully prays that the Court grant this Motion in all things.
